City Terraces – Historic

City Terraces, Historic

A unique Manhattan colony of twenty East Side brownstones enjoys a private garden nearly 200 feet long.

Originally created in the Twenties as a full–sun Italian revival flourish, Louis completely rethought it in

the Nineties, allowing it to thrive in the shade of its now–immense trees and nearby skyscrapers.

The bluestone walkway widens out to encircle the trickling bowl fountain.
